Usage: drilling mud suitable for fresh-water drilling, piling constructions and bridges.
Bentonite functions:
-Counteract formation pressure
-Remove cuttings from the borehole
-Suspend solids
-Cool and lubricate the drill string and drill bit
-Protect, support and stabilize the borehole wall
-Protect permeable zones from damage
-Support part of the weight of the drill string
A-BEN-C Advantages:
- Quick & complete dissolution in fresh water, rapid forming of uniform fluid and ready for use in approximately 2 hours after mixing completion, thus, leading to saving of operation time at construction site, cutting silo hired cost and "stop" time of drills down.
- High viscosity (apparent and plastic viscosity) and gel-strength, excellent ratio of circulation/recovery rate of over 80%. Cutting actual consumption at least 30% per cubic meter of fresh water, compared to other commercial Bentonite products, hence, lowering real-cost. Typical consumed amount of A-Ben-C in fresh water is around 35 kg/m3 while that of others is 50-60 kg/m3.
- Low permeable filter cake.
- Enhanced borehole stabilization.
- Easy for cleaning, and environment friendly.
