In both spreading applications such as leather cloth, wall coverings, tarpaulins and floor-coverings and also in automobile undersealing systems, uncoated

calcium carbonate is used with a mean particle size between 1.5 and 40µm

Rigid PVC

Only very fine, surface-coated calcium carbonates with a mean particle size under

1.5µm should be used for making pipes, window profiles, roller shutters, fittings and calendered sheeting film.
