2.Usage

3.Capacity
Regarding to becoming executive sole agents of Dai Viet Limited Company, one of the biggest ethanol (95% min) manufacturers in Viet Nam, Duy Minh JSC can supply monthly up to 4,500 MT (equivalent with 5,625,000 liters).
4.Manufacture Process
Ethanol is nothing but alcohol.The production process is similar to making other alcohol (brewing).You use the sugar from the cassava to feed oxy gen starved yeast which is added to a pulverized mixture of water and cassava. The yeast feeds on the sugar and give soff alcohol and carbon dioxide(fermenting).The alcohol evaporate sand is collected and filtered.
